Mattresses

We stock beds in 4 sizes: Single, Small Double, Double and King Size. UK bed sizes are named rather than measured, and the names are standard across the trade — so a Double mattress from any retailer fits a Double frame from any other. The measurements below are the mattress sizes those names refer to. A frame is always larger than the mattress it holds, by an amount that varies with its design, so use the frame's own dimensions on its product page when you are checking whether it fits the room.

Standard sizing. The dimensions on each product page take precedence.

Nothing in this category is normally large enough that getting it into the room is the difficulty. That makes the room measurement the one that matters: width against the wall, depth against the walkway you need to keep clear, and the height if it is going above anything.
