What does it cost to join?

Nothing. A Lomond account is free, and every account earns points automatically.

When can I spend my points?

Points from an order become available once that order is completed — usually when it has been delivered. Until then they show as pending in your account, and they cannot be spent. You can start spending from 500 points, which is £5 off your basket.

How much are my points worth?

100 points are worth £1. Your account always shows both figures, so you never have to work it out.

Do points expire?

Points stay active for 24 months from your most recent order or reward. Shopping again, or spending points, resets the clock — so an active customer never loses them. Your account shows the exact date.

What happens if I return something?

The points you earned on the returned item come back off, and if you paid for part of that item with points, those points are returned to your balance rather than refunded as money.

I ordered as a guest — can I still get my points?

Yes. Create a free account using the same email address as your order and we will send you a link to confirm it is yours. Once you follow that link the points are added to your account.

Can I turn points into cash?

No. Points are only ever redeemed against an order, and at least £1 of every order is paid in the usual way.

How do I get my birthday points?

Add your birthday in the details section of your account and we will add 500 bonus points on the day, every year. We store the day and month only, never the year you were born. You can set it once yourself — if it needs changing after that, just ask us.
