Product overview
Haldon 12 Drawer Chest
A wide twelve-drawer chest in a limed oak finish, with antiqued cup handles.
Design and finish
Made from wood, finished in brown. Twelve equal drawers set in three rows across a 170cm width, each with an antiqued metal cup handle. The arrangement is drawn from apothecary and printer's chests, and it gives a great deal of separated storage in a single piece.
In the home
The finish is a pale limed oak with the grain left visible through it, and the top overhangs slightly on a plinth base. At 88cm high it works as a substantial sideboard in a hallway or dining room as readily as a chest in a bedroom — the drawers suit table linen, stationery or folded clothes equally.
